Clare Caddick is a highly accomplished musician and educator with a passion for fostering musical talent and community engagement. Since 1998, she has directed the Emerald Music School, where she has inspired and mentored countless young musicians, nurturing their love for music and helping them reach their full potential.

As the Vocal Leader for Lewisham Music, Clare plays a pivotal role in organising and presenting large-scale choral events at prestigious venues such as the Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall, and Blackheath Halls. Her dedication to music education extends to providing training and guidance to teachers and schools in the borough of Lewisham, advising on music provision, and managing a team of vocal leaders and teachers.

Clare's commitment to community music is evident in her leadership of the Live Voices community choirs and her role as a trustee of SongEasel, an organisation dedicated to promoting singing in South London through recitals, masterclasses, and school workshops.

In addition to her educational endeavours, Clare has made significant contributions to the world of musical theatre and opera as a Music Director for numerous productions with organisations such as Wimbledon Light Opera Society and Surrey Opera. Her expertise as a chorusmaster and guest conductor further underscores her versatility and leadership in the music community.
