Emerald Autumn Concert 2024
In October, Clock House Choir, Chamber Choir and Osiris all performed at St Mildred’s Parish Church. The programme included ‘When I Grow Up’, ‘If you dance’, ‘Happy’, ‘Skyfall’, ‘Autumn Leaves' and ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’. All the choirs joined in with an exciting finale of ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen’.

Clock House Road Street Party 2024
In June, Emerald Choir got involved with the local community and sung at Clock House Road Street Party! They had an amazing time performing a variety of well-loved songs in the sunshine with plenty of audience participation!
Emerald Concert May 2024
On 11 May, Emerald Choir had a wonderful concert at St Mildred’s Parish church. The programme included a varied repertoire, including ‘Bare Necessities’, ‘The Muppets medley’, ‘Dream a little dream’, ‘Blackbird’, and ‘Cantique de Jean Racine’. Members of the choir also performed some amazing instrumental solos.
Roderick Williams Recital April 2024
On 11 April, Emerald Choir were honoured to participate in a SongEasel Recital with Roderick Williams at St George the Martyr church in Borough. The choir performed songs including Chorus of the Street Children from Carmen, Evening Prayer from Hansel and Gretel, Danny Boy, You’ll Never Walk Alone from Carousel and It Don’t Mean A Thing If It Ain’t Got That Swing.
Christmas concert 2023
On 16 December, all Emerald choirs gathered for a wonderful Christmassy concert. There were solos, choral classics, dancing and Christmas accessories aplenty. The performances were full of energy and we even had a visit from Father Christmas during the audience participation finale!
Beabadoobee - Glue Song
Emerald singers Ruby, Susie and Jessica were invited to join Beabadoobee for a special recording and video shoot for Amazon Music this year to record the Glue Song.

“We got to record a song with Beabadoobee and make a video too. It was amazing, I’d love to do it again. At the end, Beabadoobee gave us cup cakes!” Ruby aged 9
Easter Concert 2023
All three choirs joined together at St Mildred’s Church, Addiscombe for a wonderful concert of music with a variety of solos. The programme included music in Macedonian, Galician, Zulu, Hebrew, songs from Riverdance, Cats, Spamalot, Sweet Charity and much more.

Aitch - Close to home
Six lucky Emerald singers were selected to record on the title track of Aitch’s new album released in 2022. It was a great experience for them all to work in a professional studio for the day and to meet Aitch himself. An experience not to be forgotten!
Summer concert 2023
In July, the Emerald students got together to perform a wonderful mix of music from Aladdin to Simon and Garfunkel, Matilda to Coldplay. Many played instrumental solos and the audience had a great time.
